1. Agency Service Fees
Professional service fees charged by Support For Travel cover the cost of 24/7 expert intervention, itinerary management, and time-saving advocacy. These fees are Non-Refundable once our service has been initiated.
2. Carrier Refund Rules
Refunds for the actual fare or cruise booking are determined by the airline/cruise line's Contract of Carriage. Many discounted fares are non-refundable but may qualify for Future Travel Credits (FTC).
Important Disclosure:
Any refund approved by a carrier is subject to their internal processing times (usually 7-14 business days). Agency service fees are separate from airline-imposed penalties.
