  • Service fees are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
  • After 24 hours, service fees are non-refundable if we have provided consultation services
  • If we are unable to assist with your booking request, service fees will be fully refunded
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@supportfortravel.com

Refunds for service fees will be processed within 7-10 business days.

In the event that a cruise line or travel service provider cancels your booking:
